Domaine Blanc Plume is a vineyard that was founded on the concept of nature's resilience and the importance of returning to more sustainable agricultural practices. The vineyard is located within the Corblères Fenouilledes Regional Natural Park, which is home to 47 species of protected birds, including the Milan Royal eagle with its distinctive white feather. In 2020, the vineyard achieved Demeter certification, which is a certification for biodynamic farming. Rafael primarily uses concrete eggs and neutral oak to ferment and age his wines.

The name "Blanc Plume" evokes the image of a writer's pen and the blank page of a new vintage, symbolizing the potential of each new crop.
