iL Ceo 'Toro' 2021

This is a fun carbonic Merlot from Veneto, Northern Italy. Organic Merlot grapes from volcanic soils were hand harvested and underwent carbonic maceration fermentation. 

Great chillable red full of plum, cherries and soft tannins.
