25% Aramon 25% Grenache 25% Cinsault 25% Clairette

Dangerously drinkable. 

This red blend is made to resemble the Jura Grape, Ploussard (or Poulsard), with its natural earthiness, purity, bright fruit and full throttle energy. Ploussard is known to be a drinkable, goes with everything red (some say similar to Pinot Noir) and this is no different. 

Organic grapes were hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

Great with a slight chill.
