This fizzy blend is a collab between LA-based winery Wonderwerk and Andrea Jumillo of Mas Vino Please. The Montepulciano undergoes carbonic maceration. The Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris are skin fermented for two weeks. The Syrah and Mourvedre are co-fermented and then aged in neutral oak for seven months.

Finished with a hydrodistillation of rose geranium, the result is a floral sparkly wine perfect as an aperitif shared with friends, perhaps over a bit of gossip!
