Hand-disgorged pet-nat of Pinot Meunier, pressed slowly but directly from their other popular wine - Fledermaus (bat) parcel. The vineyard is located right in the village and is surrounded by a remarkably biodiverse habitat that is home to at least fifteen bat species.

Showing beautiful, high-energy fruit before unfolding into a very pure, mineral finish, it's a really delicious vintage.
