slightly more sauvignon blanc than chardonnay this year! a co-ferment inspired by my favorite wines of cheverny in the loire valley of france. 36 hours on the skids and fermented in neutral barrels; bottled unfined and unfiltered. the two vineyards are down the road from one another - high altitude sites in the applegate valley of southern oregon.

rich and deep, where honey and brioche meet lemon and nostalgia. perhaps the best variation to date (but I'll also say that next year).
