Very limited production. A gorgeous, fine, pure, red-fruited and mineral-infused Ploussard.

Like many winegrowers involved in the Jura wine renewal, Julien is part of a lineage which aims to promote the terroir while respecting the vines and nature. His farming is organic, and his winemaking in the cellar is based on the use of native yeasts, without any additions, thus preserving the finesse of his wines. Since the 2019 vintage, he has been flying solo, continuing his quest for the purest expression of the Jura terroirs.

Naturally farmed; no herbicides or pesticides, works in tandem with nature. All hand-harvested. Indigenous yeasts and no s02 added
