This small-production bubbly is made in Veneto, Italy, like Prosecco, but in the Champagne method and from the rarely seen local variety Durella.

Bone dry, with racy acidity, it offers pleasant notes of lemon peel and wet stone—an excellent bubbly with seafood! 

"Marachelle" signifies joke or prank. She called it that because it's not 100% Durella but has a little bit of Chardonnay blended in.
