A Pinot Noir rosé, Cuvée Suzanne is rested on its skins following the initial press for three weeks before being fermented and rested in stainless steel. With the strawberry hue and savory aromatics, this is a rose for the frozen Buffalo winters.

The grapes, grown organically, come from soils characterized by the presence of red clay. The whole grapes are macerated for 2 days, the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled, after a light filtration, without adding sulphites.
