Pale rose in color with notes of strawberries, blackcurrants, and redcurrants. 

On a terrace overlooking the Camargue and the Mediterranean, Domaine Gassier's organic vineyard is refreshed by the sea breezes. The very limestone terroir covered with rolled pebbles gives a lot of tension and minerality to their wines. Here is the expression of a very pure fruit, and a refreshing freshness. This rosé will happily accompany all cuisines, even spicy ones.
