The Village Pinot Noir comes from Gareth and Rainbo's Monomeith, Little Creek, Scary Gully and Piccadilly vineyards in the Basket Range of the Adelaide Hills.

It's a lighter, more smashable style of Pinot Noir, the perfect thing to slosh around in tumblers with a slight chill to take in a Sunday afternoon.

It's Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir with no bells and whistles, just good honest wine made to be shared with friends and loved ones.

From the winemaker: A blend of all our estate vineyards plus the Wilsmore vineyard in Piccadilly, the 2022 release is more structured and brooding than previous vintages owing to the late and cool harvest. Do not get us wrong, its still Adelaide Hills and is all about drinkability and the dance of the tannin across your pallet...perfect for pairing with nearly anything on the lunch and dinner table.

Vinification: 20% whole cluster open top fermentation for three weeks, but the blend includes some shorter macerated 100%-whole-bunch fermentation barrels. Eight months in French oak barriques and puncheons, 10% new.
