A little spicy, elegant, fresh and fruity. Notes of citrus and yellow fruits. 

For the “Jakobi”, grape selection is done entirely by hand, grapes are fully destemmed and undergo a short maceration before a gentle press cycle. Fermentation is always slow and temperature controlled with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, where the wine matures for 5 to 6 months on the fine lees.
