Wonderfully fresh and vibrant. Orchard fruit, dried flowers, mint and lightly spiced notes abound. 

Only the first juice of the press is used. Fermented and aging on the lees for 7 months in 87% stainless steel and 13% 400L barrels; no malolactic fermentation. Bottled April 2019.
