Medium bodied, dry tannins, blackberry jam and peppery finish

Estate-grown, fully organic fruit from the Domaine La Patience in the Coteaux du Pont du Gard. A blend of Carignan and Syrah, grown on sandstone and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks, it's a fresh, easy-drinking, medium-weight red that's a nice example of healthier, non-industrial reds from the Languedoc.
