Canons du Jean La Cuvée Capucine 2022 is a rare and classic Jura Chardonnay from the esteemed Arbois region. Winemaker Julien Crinquand, who inherited five hectares of vineyards from his father and grandfather, has crafted this exquisite wine from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Blend of two parcels Les Bodines and La Côte, both located in Arbois, Les Bodines is a limestone-centric parcel whereas La Côteis gray marnes.  Naturally farmed; no herbicides or pesticides, works in tandem with nature. All hand-harvested. Whole cluster fermentation followed by pnuematic pressing. Aged 12 months in the lees in tank with no added SO2.
