This Is Not Another Lovely Criolla is made with organic Criolla Chica, Argentina’s name for the same grape we love from Chile (País), California (Mission), and the Canary Islands (Listan Pietro). This a pretty and fruity light red reminiscent of the pipeño wines of Chile and Gamay wines of Beaujolais. 50% of the grapes see carbonic maceration to highlight the fruit and acidity and tamp down the tannins. Aging takes place in clay amphorae for 8 months. Bright red berry and spice notes, hints of minty herbs, and soft supple tannins.

Great with a slight chill.
