The Pet Nat Red is 100% old vine Dornfelder. Carbonic Maceration for 8 days in stainless then bottled during the tail end of fermentation to create the delicate fizz. Winemaker, Philipp loves to refer to this wine in the cellar as “vampire soda”, 9.5% alcohol.
