Crafted exclusively from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, this wine embodies the vibrant and diverse terroir of the region. Say Less Chenin Blanc offers a crisp and clean taste profile, with bright notes of citrus and tropical fruits; the palate is well-balanced. Perfect for pairing with seafood, light salads, and vegetarian dishes.
Winemaking: Pre-cooled fruit is destemmed and crushed before being lightly pressed. Majority free-run juice is used that is settled overnight. Fermentation occurred in stainless-steel tanks. The wine is aged for 10 months on the lees. 30% barrel-aged Chenin Blanc is added before bottling for added complexity.
