From the heart of Emilia-Romagna, Italy, comes this vibrant and playful "pet-nat" rosé. The word Cichin means "little one," and this delightful, naturally sparkling wine truly lives up to its name with a lively, rustic fizz and a fresh, fruity personality.
Notes of fresh wild berries, cherry, and a hint of wild herb. Perfect for picnics, pizza nights, or a charcuterie board with cured meats and fresh cheeses. Serve well-chilled.
Winemaker Gian Paolo Isabella, a former Muay Thai champion, brings a gentle but focused hand to his small, family-run estate. He and his brother-in-law craft this wine from the native Lambrusco Benetti grape, farmed organically on the sandy, silty soils near the Secchia River. It's a natural wine made with native yeasts, with no fining or filtering, capturing the pure expression of the grapes and the land.
