Cofermented in oak vats and aged in large Slavonian oak botti. 2 weeks of skin-contact brings structure, not so much tannin. Passionfruit, pluots on the nose— bruised apple, fleshy peach, orange marmalade, alpine herbs, golden flowers, rock salt on the palate. Slatnik is the name of a local Slovenian village. Low S02.
