100% Chardonnay grown by their friends at Macari Vineyards in Long Island 

15 day carbonic maceration, aged in stainless. Native fermentation, unfined and unfiltered. Lightly chill bottle and open one hour before drinking - opens nicely with a bit of oxygen.
