Don’t hang up on Merlot! While you might think you don’t like Merlot, we have a hunch you’ll fall for this one.

Medium bodied semi-carbonic Merlot, fermented in stainless and bottled young. Wild fermented with native yeast, unfined, unfiltered. Serve slightly chilled in a wine glass. Ideally paired with Strawberries and Cream.

The label features their resident great blue heron, who frequents the pond behind the farmhouse and the one near their blueberry bushes
