Biodynamically-farmed and absolutely delicious, this refreshing, dry Provençal rosé displays aromas and flavors of blood orange, fresh strawberries, hints of lavender, and a cool, mineral-driven finish. 

winemaking: Fermented 20 days in temperature controlled tanks with indigenous yeast. Very low doses of SO2 are added and the wine is bottled in March without filtration.
